摘要
为解决智能变电站测控装置无后备冗余的问题,通过测控虚拟化技术、冗余迁移技术、后备机制和模型等价原理等关键技术的突破,完成了智能变电站集群测控装置的研制,实现了智能变电站测控热后备,保证了常规测控故障时监控系统的正常运行。集群测控装置现场投运后,功能正常,运行情况良好。
In order to solve the problem of no backup redundancy of intelligent substation measurement and control device,this paper introduces breakthroughs of key technologies such as measurement and control virtualization,redundancy migration,backup mechanism,model equivalence principle,and so on.In this case,the development of intelligent substation’s cluster measurement and control device is completed,and the intelligent substation measure and control backup is realized,thus ensuring the normal operation of the monitoring system in time of regular measurement and control of failure.Put into operation,the cluster measuring and control device is functioning normally in good condition.
