热水解预处理对污泥厌氧消化有机物转化的影响及机理 被引量:5

摘要 热水解预处理能促进污泥厌氧消化,然而关于热水解后剩余污泥水解液中组分的变化研究较少。以城市剩余污泥为研究对象,探究了热水解预处理后水解液组分的变化。结果表明,热水解预处理能够有效水解污泥中的有机质,并且水解程度与温度密切相关。当热处理的温度分别为150℃和170℃时,挥发性悬浮固体(VSS)水解率分别为38.1%和41.2%,溶解性碳水化合物的水解率分别为37.9%和42.9%。水解液中氮主要以有机氮的形式存在,温度的变化对氨氮影响较小。对热水解预处理后水解液的组分分析有助于增加对水解液后续利用的认识。 Thermal hydrolysis pretreatment can promote the anaerobic digestion of sludge.However,there are few studies on the changes of the components in the excess sludge hydrolyzate after thermal hydrolysis.In this paper,the changes of the hydrolyzate components after thermal hydrolysis pretreatment were explored.The results showed that the thermal hydrolysis pretreatment can effectively hydrolyze the organic matter in the sludge,and the degree of hydrolysis was closely related to the temperature.When the temperatures were 150℃and 170℃,respectively,the hydrolysis rates of volatile suspended solids(VSS)were 38.1%and 41.2%,respectively,and the hydrolyzate rates of soluble carbohydrates were 37.9%and 42.9%,respectively.The nitrogen in the hydrolyzate is mainly in the form of organic nitrogen,and the change of temperature has little effect on ammonia nitrogen.The analysis of the components of the hydrolyzate after thermal hydrolysis pretreatment helps to increase the understanding of the subsequent utilization of the hydrolyzate.
