摘要
针对含分布式电源(DGs)的复杂配电网故障快速恢复问题,提出一种有效的多阶段故障恢复策略。该策略将恢复过程分为动态拓扑分析、孤岛配置、含DG主网络连通性恢复和网络优化四个阶段。配电网发生故障后,采用动态拓扑分析法检测失电区域、确定故障恢复需执行的阶段并更新主网拓扑参数;第二阶段以提高DG利用率与恢复最大负荷量为目标配置孤岛方案;DG并网后恢复主网络的连通性,分析网络潮流并判定是否进入下一阶段;优化阶段利用分层编码方案避免产生不可行的候选解,减少迭代次数,提升搜索效率。仿真结果表明:在复杂配网发生故障时,该方法能根据实际情况制定合理的计划,最大限度地恢复了网络供电,与其他方法相比,降低了开关操作次数和恢复时间。
This paper presented an effective multi-stage service restoration method in view of fast recovery from failures in complex distribution network with distributed generators(DGs).The whole process was composed of four stages,i.e.analyzing dynamic topology,matching islanding strategies,restoring the connectivity of network with DGs,and optimizing network.A dynamic topology analysis method was used if a fault occurred to identify the out-of-service areas,determine the restoration scheme,and update the topological parameters.In the second stage,an optimal islanding partition strategy was formulated to improve the utilization of DG and restore the maximum loads.The network connectivity should be restored if the DG is synchronized to the main grid.Whether the network optimization was carried out or not depended on violations of the power flow constraints.To avoid the infeasible solutions,a hierarchical code scheme was proposed to generate candidate solutions during network optimization.Simulation results show that the proposed method can obtain appropriate restoration plan to restore the maximization of out-of-service loads.It would improve the efficiency of service restoration by reducing the number of switching operations and the recovery time.
