摘要
缺陷儿的出生给国家和家庭造成很大的经济负担,为了降低出生缺陷的发生,我国推出中孕期胎儿结构畸形超声筛查技术,该技术的广泛应用大大降低了缺陷儿的出生,提高了我国人口素质和生活质量,但该技术因其检查内容的多样性、检查对象的特殊性及目前所处较为紧张的医患关系等多种因素,被广大医师难以全面掌握,尤其对于住院医师带教尤为困难,目前我科建立起"多元化、导师制"带教模式,本文从教学模式、具体实施内容、定期双向考核制度的建立等方面总结我院超声科关于中孕期胎儿结构畸形筛查在住院医师规范化培训中的带教体会,以期在今后的带教中取得更好的效果。
Defects of birth caused great economic burden to the country and family,in order to reduce the incidence of birth defects,our country pushed out prenatal ultrasound screening for fetal deformity,the wide application of this technology greatly reduces the birth defects,improving the quality of the population in our country and the quality of life,but because of the diversity of the technology,its examination content,check the particularity of objects and the relatively tense doctorpatient relationship,and so on,general physicians are difficult to fully grasp,especially for resident teaching,so our department established a"diversified,tutor system"teaching mode,from the teaching mode,specific implementation content,and the establishment of regular two-way assessment system,this paper summarizes The teaching experience of fetal malformation screening in second trimester in the standardized training of residents in the standardized training of residents in our department of ultrasound,in order to achieve better results in the future.
