摘要
近来学者们对企业网络能力的研究热度不减,尤其是其与企业创新绩效的关系研究更是一个长青话题,但是鲜有学者去探讨二者的作用路径和作用机制,通过参考学者对网络能力分为战略层的网络规划能力、战术层的网络运营能力和网络层的网络管理能力,将组织学习方式分成探索式学习和利用式学习两个维度,进行文献分析得出企业网络能力通过两种学习方式对企业绩效产生积极作用,并建立了网络能力对企业绩效的作用模型,得出网络能力通过对两种学习方式产生影响,最终影响企业绩效的路径。企业的网络能力越强,这两种学习方式产生的效果会越好,企业的绩效随之也会得到提升。因此,企业在培育网络能力的同时,也要注重对组织学习中两种学习方式的培养。
Recently,the enthusiasm in studying the network ability of enterprises have not reduced,especially the research on the relationship between the network ability and the innovation performance of enterprises.However,few scholars have explored the role and mechanism of the two.Based on former studies,the network ability is divided into network planning ability at the strategic level and the network operation ability at the tactical level,and the organizational learning method is divided into two dimensions of exploratory learning and use-oriented learning.Analysis of literatures finds that the enterprise network ability has a positive effect on enterprise performance through the two kinds of learning methods.The function model of network ability to the performance of the enterprises is established and a conclusion is made that network ability exerts influence through the two ways of learning and finally affects the path of enterprise performance.The stronger the network capability of enterprises is,the better the results of these two learning methods will be,and the performance of enterprises will also be improved.Therefore,while cultivating the network ability,enterprises should also pay attention to the cultivation of the two learning styles in organizational learning.
