摘要
左心室收缩功能是心血管疾病患者预后的重要预测因子之一,目前临床中最常用的评价左心室收缩功能的方法是二维Simpson方法测量左心室射血分数(LVEF),声学造影剂和实时三维超声心动图技术的应用提高了评价LVEF的准确性。然而,在一些特定疾病或左心室收缩功能存在细微变化时LVEF并不能真实反映左心室收缩功能的变化。二维斑点追踪是近年来发展起来的一项超声心动图新技术。它可以对心肌组织的斑点回声进行追踪,能够评价心肌的机械变形功能。
Left ventricular systolic function is one of the most important prognostic markers of patients with cardiovascular diseases.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)is the most frequently used parameter of left ventricle systolic function by two dimensional biplane Simpson method.Echocardiographic contrast and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography have improved the accuracy of the assessment of LVEF.However,LVEF may not truly represent left ventricle systolic function in specific cardiac disease or when subtle left ventricle systolic dysfunction is present.Two dimensional speckle tracking is a new echocardiographic technology developed in recent years.It tracks the motion of the ultrasonic speckles in the myocardium allowing frame-by-frame analysis of myocardial deformation.
