牙周基础治疗侵袭性牙周炎的临床研究被引量：1

摘要目的探究牙周基础治疗侵袭性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月~2018年1月收治的60例侵袭性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行牙周基础治疗,比较治疗前和治疗后患者的牙齿菌斑指数,出血指数,临床附着丧失的深度,牙周探诊深度及牙齿松动度。结果与治疗前相比,侵袭性牙周炎患者的菌斑指数,出血指数,临床附着丧失的深度及牙周探诊深度均显著下降,牙齿松动患者数目明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周基础治疗侵袭性牙周炎的临床疗效显著,安全可靠,不易复发,值得临床推广。
