摘要 胆碱能够在一定程度上改善大脑代谢、促进神经系统的信息传递,在婴幼儿的膳食结构中非常重要,联合国标准已将胆碱列为婴幼儿配方乳粉中的重要成分。乳粉中的胆碱含量有一定标准,为了保证婴幼儿的安全必须要加强乳粉中胆碱含量的检测。本文采用酶比色法对市售婴幼儿配方乳粉胆碱含量进行检测分析,并对检测方法与结果进行研究探讨,旨在为相关研究提供参考。 Choline can improve brain metabolism and promote information transmission in the nervous system,it is very important in the dietary structure of infants and young children.Choline has been included in the United Nations standards as an important component in infant formula milk powder.The choline content in milk powder is a certain standard,in order to ensure the safety of infants and young children,it is necessary to strengthen the detection of choline in milk powder.In this paper,the enzyme colorimetric method was used to detect the choline content of commercial infant formula milk powder.The detection method and results were studied and discussed in order to provide reference for related research.
