摘要
为了解决小批量生产的产品成本高、设计周期长等问题,提出了一种针对小批量生产的工业产品造型设计和评价方法。该套方法综合使用形态分析、回归分析、模糊综合评价等方法对产品造型设计要素进行分析,并结合感性工学理论得到关于造型设计的建议,再进行造型设计和成本验证,最后通过层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价得到最优的造型设计方案。经过生物安全柜的实例验证,使用该方法可取得良好的造型设计效果。
Aiming at cost reduction and shortening design cycle time of small batch production,it proposes a design and evaluation process for large products in small batch production.Combining morphological and regression analysis with fuzzy comprehensive analysis,it obtains some suggestions about modeling design based on Kansei engineering,and realizes the shape design and cost verification,illustrates the best design scheme through AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory.The method is proved to be effective by the example of biosafety cabinet.
