摘要
为了研究变截面涡旋膨胀机的性能,提出了一种由圆渐开线、高次曲线、双圆弧加直线修正构成的组合曲线,根据其涡旋型线的数学表达式,建立了热力学模型和气体力模型。通过对建立的数学模型求解,得到了容积、压力、温度和输出功率随主轴转角的变化规律。研制开发了变截面涡旋膨胀机并搭建了性能测试平台,对不同进气压力下的发电功率进行了测试,结果表明,构建的数学模型能够较为准确地描述变截面涡旋膨胀机的吸气、膨胀及排气全过程,从而证明了所建数学模型的正确性。
It introduces a combination scroll profile based on circle involute,higher curve,double arcs and transition line for variable thickness scroll expander.Based on mathematical expressions of scroll profile,it builds the thermodynamic model and gas force model,simulates the developed mathematical model,obtains the changes of volume,pressure,temperature and output power with the shaft rotation angle.It sets up the test table for variable thickness scroll expander,gets the output power under different suction pressure.The results prove that the proposed mathematical modeling can accurately describe all the suction,expansion and discharge process for variable thickness scroll expander,and verify the correctness of the mode.
