摘要
兴于20世纪90年代高校合并的热潮所形成的多校区办学模式已成为我国高校发展的一种普遍趋势,它的三种合并模式以及三种管理模式在具体社会需求中被运用。通过分析管理模式中存在的利与弊发现多校区大学依旧存在教学运行不便、教育资源共享率低、校区发展不平衡等问题,进而提出打造智慧化校园、加强校区功能定位、坚持人文关怀的原则等对策以便于我国多校区大学的良好运行。
The multi-campus school-running pattern,which was formed by the upsurge of college merging in the 1990s,has become a general trend in the development of universities in China.Its three models merging and three models of management are used in specific social needs.Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the management pattern,it is found that multi-campus universities still have problems such as inconvenient teaching operation,low rate of sharing of educational resources,unbalanced development of different campuses,etc.Then this paper puts forward building smart campuses,strengthening the function orientations of different campuses,and persisting in humanistic care,so as to facilitate the positive development of multi-campus universities in our country.
