摘要
通过分析目前国内成品油供大于求的现状,了解到如何做好、做大成品油出口总量,是目前在不减少国内原油加工量的情况下,平衡国内市场资源最好的方法;通过从政府层面分析现有外贸政策对企业的影响,以及对常用三种贸易形式进行分析,从而选取最有利于企业,方便操作且经济效益较好的出口方式,并从政府层面、企业层面提出做大成品油出口的建议。
Through the analysis of supply glut in domestic refined oil market,this paper finds out that doing well in expanding refined oil export is the best way to balance domestic market without reducing domestic crude throughput.The influence of existing foreign trade policy on refinery and the three common trade forms are analyzed from the government aspect to select a better export mode beneficial and operational to refinery.It also puts forward suggestions for the government and refinery on expanding refined oil export.
