摘要
根据铁水物流的运转特点,实现了基于射频识别(RFID)及载波相位差分技术(GPS-RTK)的铁包全流程跟踪系统。针对GPS-RTK定位系统在钢厂使用环境下动态性能不良的问题,提出了卡尔曼滤波过滤观测噪声以优化动态数据集的方法,实现动态行驶轨迹精确的定位。同时描述了系统软件实现方案,为实现高炉-炼铁区段的物流信息化提供可靠的基础。
In this paper,according to the operation characteristics of hot metal logistics,the whole process tracking system of ladle based on radio frequency identification(RFID)and carrier phase difference technology(GPS-RTK)is implemented.In view of the poor dynamic performance of GPS-RTK positioning system in the steel plant,a Calman filter is applied to filter the observation noise to optimize the dynamic data set and achieve the accurate location of the dynamic trajectory.At the same time,the realization scheme of the system software is described,which provides a reliable basis for the realization of the logistics information of the blast furnace and ironmaking section.
