摘要
临床决策能力是医学实践中的重要环节,是医护人员应该具备的基本素质。因此,对于决策能力的评定显得尤其重要。在传统的临床决策能力评定模式中,存在着一定的弊端,而叙事医学理论的诞生为临床决策能力评定提供了全新的视角。基于叙事理论,提出临床决策能力评定的新模式。这种新模式可以对患者的决策能力进行精确评定,而不会带来在传统模式中所存在的伦理和哲学问题。叙事医学视角的临床评定模式将对临床决策能力进行全新而又有效的评定,并进一步有效改善传统决策能力评定模式中存在的不足。
Clinical decision-making capacity is an important link in medical practice and the basic quality for medical staff.Therefore,the evaluation of decision-making capacity is particularly important.There are some disadvantages in the traditional evaluation mode of clinical decision-making capacity,whereas the presence of the theory of narrative medicine provides a new perspective for the evaluation of clinical decision-making capacity.Based on the narrative theory,a new mode of evaluation of clinical decision-making capacity is discussed in this paper.This new mode can accurately assess the patients’decision-making capacity without the ethical and philosophical problems that exist in the traditional mode.The clinical assessment mode from the perspective of narrative medicine will make new and effective assessment of clinical decision-making capacity,and further improve the shortcomings of traditional decision-making capacity assessment mode.
