摘要
目的 探讨氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病患者血管内皮功能及心功能的影响。方法选取2016年3月至2017年5月在本院接受治疗的冠心病患者106例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,各53例。对照组给予氯吡格雷治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血管内皮功能、心功能及不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率94.34%(50/53)较对照组77.36%(41/53)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组NO水平比对照组高,AngII、VEGF水平均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组LVEDV、LVESV均比对照组低,LVEF比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未见显著不良反应。结论 氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗可提高冠心病治疗效果,改善患者血管内皮功能及心功能,促进患者康复进程加快,且用药安全性高。
Objective To investigate the effect of clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin on vascular endothelial function and cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 106 CHD patients treated in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 were selected,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clopidogrel,while the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin based on the control group.The curative effect,vascular endothelial function,cardiac function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group[94.34%(50/53)]was higher than that of the control group[77.36%(41/53)](P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of NO in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the levels of AngII and VEGF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,LVEDV and LVESV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,but LVEF in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of CHD can increase curative effect,improve vascular endothelial function and cardiac function,accelerate patients’recovery,with higher safety.
