摘要
后循环缺血(PCI)是常见的慢性缺血性脑血管病,起病隐匿。脑血管病意外潜在风险较高,且近年来该病发病率呈上升的趋势。后循环缺血性眩晕(PCIV)作为该病常见的前驱发病表现受到越来越多的关注。早期发现并及时干预可有效降低脑血管意外的发生率。文章归纳了近年来针灸治疗PCIV的相关文献,发现针灸对于治疗后循环缺血性眩晕疗效确切显著,为后续研究该病提供实践参考。
Posterior circulation ischemia(PCI)is a common chronic cerebrovascular disease,with hidden onset.Cerebrovascular disease has a highly potential and accidental risk and the incidence of this disease has b the gradually rising in recent years.As the early common manifestation of cerebrovascular disease,posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(PCIV)has received ever-increasing publicity.The incidence of cerebrovascular accident can be reduced effectively by early detection and treatment.This paper reviews the relevant literatures about acupuncture in the treatment of PCIV in recent years and finds that acupuncture has the significant effect on the treatment of PCIV,which provides a reference for further clinical practice and study.
