摘要 2013年习近平主席提出的"一带一路"倡议,桂商经营的广西各类米粉面临发展机遇。文章对广西米粉目前发展存在米粉标准执行不严、品牌效应不强、餐饮"软实力"较落后、经营服务水平不高等主要问题进行分析,提出加强行业整合,严格实行标准化作业,推行连锁经营、树立品牌意识提高服务"软实力",改变旧模式多渠道培养人才,提高营销管理水平等措施,以促进广西米粉的进一步发展。 President Xi Jinping proposed the“One Belt One Road”strategic concept in 2013.Guangxi rice noodle operated by Guangxi businesspersons has faced the development opportunities.This article analyzes the main problems in the development of Guangxi rice noodle industry,such as the poor implementation of standards,weak branding,weak catering“soft power”,and low level of operation and service.And then this article proposes to strengthen industry consolidation,strictly implement standardization operations,promote chain operations,establish a brand awareness to improve service“soft power”,change the old model,train the talents by multi-channel,improve marketing management and other measures to promote the further development of Guangxi rice noodle industry.
