摘要
目的探讨参与式教学联合视频反馈法在高职护生心肺复苏培训中的应用效果。方法以自愿参与原则招募2016级158名高职护生为研究对象,并随机等分为试验组和对照组。试验组应用常规教学法和参与式教学联合视频反馈法培训,对照组仅采用常规教学法。使用临床心肺复苏态度知识调查问卷和院外心肺复苏施救意愿问卷对两组护生于培训前和培训后1周进行测评。结果培训1周后试验组心肺复苏知识、态度、院外施救意愿得分较培训前增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后试验组心肺复苏知识、态度、院外施救意愿高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参与式教学联合视频反馈法心肺复苏培训,不仅能提高护生对心肺复苏知识的掌握还能提高护生心肺复苏的态度和院外施救意愿。
Objective To explore the application effect of participatory teaching combined video feedback method in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training for high vocational nursing students.Methods To select 158 higher vocational college nursing students in Grade 2016 who participated voluntarily as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group used the conventional teaching method and the participatory teaching combined with video feedback method training,while the control group only used the conventional teaching method.The two groups of nursing students were evaluated before and after the training using the clinical cardiopulmonary resuscitation attitude questionnaire and the outpatient cardiopulmonary resuscitation willingness questionnaire.Results After 1 week of training,the cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge,attitude,and willingness to provide rescue outside the hospital were increased compared with those before the training.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,the cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge,attitude,and willingness to provide rescue outside the hospital in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Participatory teaching combined with video feedback cardiopulmonary resuscitation training can not only improve the knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in nursing students,but also improve the attitude of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the willingness to rescue outside the hospital.
