赣南地区碳青霉烯类耐药阴沟肠杆菌的基因型研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究赣南地区碳青霉烯类耐药阴沟肠杆菌的基因型。方法收集2015年9月~2016年9月赣南地区5所综合性医院分离的碳青霉烯类耐药阴沟肠杆菌共60株。对纳入菌株进行药物敏感性试验、改良Hodge实验以及基因检测。结果 60株碳青霉烯类耐药阴沟肠杆菌中,51株检测出携带碳青霉烯酶基因,检出率为85.0%,包括NMD型18株(20.0%)、IMP型22株(36.7%)、KPC型13株(21.7%),其中NMD型合并IMP型2株(3.3%)。其余9例均为超广谱β-内酰胺酶CTX-M型。结论产碳青霉烯酶在阴沟肠杆菌碳青霉烯类耐药性中具有重要作用,NMD酶、IMP酶、KPC酶为赣南地区碳青霉烯类耐药阴沟肠杆菌主要基因类型。 Objective Genotype of carbapenem resistant Enterobacter cloacae in southern Jiangxi Province.Methods A total of 60 isolates of carbapenem resistant Enterobacter cloacae isolated from 5 general hospitals in Gannan from September 2015 to September 2016 were collected.Drug sensitivity test,modified Hodge test and gene detection were included in the strains.Results Of 60 carbapenem resistant Enterobacter cloacae,51 strains were detected to carry carbapenem gene,the detection rate was 85.0%,including 18(20.0%)NMD,22 IMP(36.7%),and 13 KPC(21.7%),of which 2(3.3%)of IMPtype was combined with NMD.The other 9 cases were CTX-M type of extended spectrum beta lactamase.Conclusion Carbapenems of carbon penicillenes play an important role in the resistance of carbapenems in Enterobacter cloacae,and NMD,IMP and KPC enzymes are the main genotypes of carbapenem resistant Enterobacter cloacae in South Jiangxi.
