摘要
本文主要分析锂电池极片涂布生产环节中,激光测厚仪在静态和动态状态下的测量精度,分析间歇性的涂布极片厚度不均匀时的检测,提升检测精度,对激光测厚仪涂布机闭环控制系统的原理进行分析。
This paper mainly analyzes the measurement accuracy of the laser thickness gauge under static and dynamic conditions in the production process of the lithium battery pole piece coating,and analyzes the intermittent unevenness of the coated pole piece thickness to improve the detection accuracy.Thickness meter coating machine closed-loop control system principle analysis.
