摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种以进行性认知功能减退为特征的神经变性疾病,虽然已有多种药物被批准用于AD的治疗,但疗效有限。干细胞成为治疗AD的新方法,其中人类间充质干细胞(human mesenchymal stem cells,HmeSCs)成功解决了伦理问题,成为近几年的研究热点,而HmeSCs向神经细胞方向分化受多种因子调控。本文就HmeSCs治疗AD调控方面的相关研究作一综述,以期为干细胞治疗AD提供参考。
Alzheimer's disease(AD)disease is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by progressive cognitive impairment.Although many drugs have been approved for the treatment of AD,the curative effect is limited.Stem cells become a new method for the treatment of AD,in which human mesenchymal stem cells(human mesenchymal stem cells,HmeSCs)have successfully solved the problem of ethical problems and become a hot spot in recent years.And the differentiation of HmeSCs to neural cells is regulated by many factors.This article reviews the related research on AD regulation in HmeSCs treatment.It is expected to provide reference for the future stem cell treatment of AD.
