摘要
政策宣传是政策执行必要环节,是确保公共政策目标实现的有力工具。伴随我国医药卫生事业改革的逐步深入,围绕公立医院的各项医改政策受到公众的广泛关注。公立医院开展医改政策宣传是落实公益性,促进可持续发展的必然选择。本文以首都医科大学宣武医院为例提出在公信力危机、传播秩序变革及复杂的网络舆情的挑战下公立医院开展医改政策宣传的实践路径及经验思考。
Policy publicity is a necessary link in policy implementation and a powerful tool to ensure the realization of public policy objectives.With the gradual deepening of medical and health reform in China,the medical policy reform in public hospitals has attracted wide attention from the public.The publicity of health care policy reform in public hospitals is an inevitable choice to implement public welfare and promote sustainable development.This article takes the Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University as an example to introduce the practical path and experience of the publicity of medical reform policy in public hospitals under the challenge of the credibility crisis,the transformation of the communication order and the complex network public opinion.
