摘要
为提高油墨的导热系数,研究了高导热石墨烯和纳米氧化钠复合填料对油墨导热性能的影响。对导热石墨烯和纳米氧化镁进行表面改性后,作为填料按比例加入到油墨中,然后测试油墨导热系数,并与常用胶印油墨导热系数进行对比。结果表明:导热系数与复合填料在油墨中的浓度呈明显的比例关系,所制备的复合填料中,导热石墨烯和纳米氧化镁比例为3:2,油墨的导热系数最高,当两种填料的比例为35%,油墨的导热系数可达到4.6224W/m.K。结论:异丙基三油酸酰氧基钛酸酯表面处理后的导热石墨烯和纳米氧化镁,能够提高油墨的导热系数。
In order to improve the thermal conductivity of printing ink,we research about high thermal conductive composite filler of thermal conductive graphene and nanometer magnesia effect on the conductive properties.After surface treatment,the thermal conductive graphene and nanometer magnesia were added to the offset ink as filler in proportion,then measure the thermal conductivity and compared with the normal offset ink.The result indicates that:the concentration of the composite filler in the offset ink is proportional obviously to thermal conductivity.The thermal conductivity of the offset ink is the biggest when the composite filler consist of 60%thermal conductive graphene and 40%nanometer magnesia,and reach 4.6224 W/m?K when the composite filler get 35%.Consequently,using isopropyl trioleic titanate to modify surface of thermal conductive graphene and nanometer magnesia can improve the thermal conductivity of the offset ink.
