摘要
针对维修天窗的开设方式、维修开始时间和维修时长灵活性较高,不同的维修天窗计划对铁路的通过能力、行车组织方式具有不同程度的影响。目前,大多采用分步规划的方法对列车运行图和维修天窗进行编制,并且未涉及维修作业引起的列车运行限速对列车运行图编制的影响问题,导致维修天窗编制质量较低。考虑将维修天窗与列车运行图一体化编制,以求得一个更加合理的维修天窗计划和列车运行图。基于混合整数规划法建立一体化编制模型,考虑双线铁路中维修作业引起的列车运行限速,并以某路网为背景,利用CPLEX求解软件对模型进行验证。
The maintenance time window has features of complexity and diversity,such as the form,starting time,during time,and so on.Therefore,it has different degrees of impact on carrying capacity of trains as well as operation organization.At present,most of previous studies optimize maintenance time window scheduling problem under a given train schedule,and the relevant studies which research speed restriction caused by maintenance are few,leading to a relatively poor quality of maintenance time window schedule and increasing the influence on traffic assignment.In order to reduce the negative effects on maintenance schedule and improve the utilization of railway resources,this paper considered integrating maintenance time window scheduling and train timetabling.More reasonable maintenance time window can be obtained with this way.The paper proposed a mixed integer programming model which focuses on the characteristics of the problem,including the speed limits affects by maintenance tasks on a double-track railway.The benefits of the proposed model are demonstrated by numerical experiments based on CPLEX software.
