克氏针临时髓内固定联合锁定解剖钢板治疗粉碎性锁骨骨折的疗效及安全性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析克氏针临时髓内固定联合锁定解剖钢板治疗粉碎性锁骨骨折患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年5月~2017年6月收治的粉碎性锁骨骨折患者64例,根据手术方案分组,各32例。对照组给予重建钢板固定术,试验组给予克氏针临时髓内固定+锁定解剖钢板治疗。观察对比两组术中出血量、手术时长、骨折愈合时间、并发症、肩关节功能Neer评分。结果试验组术中出血量较对照组低,手术时长、骨折愈合时间较对照组短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为3.12%,低于对照组25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,术后3个月试验组Neer评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论粉碎性锁骨骨折患者采用克氏针临时髓内固定联合锁定解剖钢板治疗,有助于改善术中及术后情况,降低并发症发生率,促进肩关节功能恢复。
