摘要
近年来,我国经济发展迅速,随着各项先进科学技术的应用,我国人民的物质生活水平得到了大幅度提升,因此对饮食提出了更高的要求。食品检验部门工作量大幅度提升,只有切实提升食品检验标准,才能够让食品安全问题得到有效的控制。但目前我国食品检验工作中,一些因素会对食品检验结果精准性造成影响。笔者依据实际工作经验及相关文献资料的记载,详细分析影响食品检验精准性的因素,并提出解决办法,希望可以使我国市场中食品的安全性得到保证,为我国和谐型社会构建工作作出一定贡献。
China’s economy has developed rapidly In recent years,With the application of various advanced science and technology,the material living standard of the people in our country has been greatly improved.Therefore,people will naturally put forward higher demands on their own diet.Therefore,the workload of food inspection department has been greatly increased,and only by improving the food inspection standard can the probability of food safety problems be effectively controlled.However,in the process of food inspection in China,some factors will affect the accuracy of food inspection results.According to the actual working experience and the records of relevant documents,the author analyzes the shadow in detail.It is hoped that the safety of food in circulation in our country can be guaranteed so as to contribute to the construction of a harmonious society in our country.
