晚期结直肠癌肿瘤的循环细胞检测及临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的检测晚期结直肠癌患者肿瘤循环细胞(CTC),探讨其在治疗中的临床意义。方法选2015年6月至2017年2月晚期结直肠癌患者45例,同期体检健康人45例,检测两组外周血中的肿瘤循环细胞,分析相关指标的差异。结果观察组CTC阳性21例(46.7%),对照组为0,差异显著(P<0.05)。CTC阳性与年龄、性别、肿瘤病灶的分化程度无关,与TNM分期有关。化疗观察组CTC阳性率显著降低(P<0.05),与疗效存在负相关性。结论检测肿瘤循环细胞对晚期结直肠癌的诊断、治疗及病情监测有重要的意义。
