摘要
分析了由减压阀、电磁阀、固定节流孔、单喷嘴挡板阀、作动器构成的气动伺服机构模型。得到了结构参数对单喷嘴挡板阀单元的动静态特性的影响规律,取得了单喷嘴挡板阀压力恒定时的固定节流孔和喷嘴挡板节流口的节流面积比关系。
In this paper,we study the model of the pneumatic servomechanism that composed of pressure reducing valve,solenoid valve,fixed orifice,single-flapper valve and actuator.The influence of main structure parameters on thedynamic and static characteristics of single-flapper valveis achieved.Weobtain the area relation between fixed orifice and orifice of single-flapper valve when the pressure of single-flapper valve is constant.
