Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose aspirin on artificial insemination in husbandry. Methods A total of 200 patients who had undergone artificial sperm fertilization in May 2017 to December 2017 were selected.Patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to whether they used aspirin or not. Each group contained 100 patients. In the control group, aspirin was not used during the IUI cycle. The observation group was clean after menstruation and took low-dose aspirin until the day of IUI operation.Record and count the endometrial thickness, endometrial type and uterine arterial resistance index(RI)on the two groups of HCG injection day;record and count the proportion of type A endometrial and clinical pregnancy rate;compare the clinical effects of two groups and the effect of clinical pregnancy rate. Results The endometrial thickness of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of RI in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ratio of type A intima and clinical pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients without aspirin contraindication, routine addition of low-dose aspirin during artificial insemination can effectively increase the clinical pregnancy rate.
