摘要
在小区配电变压器旁安装智能有序管理终端(IOMU),引入短期基础负荷预测方法,基于交流桩供电线路采用高速窄带载波通信方式,实现区域内各充电桩动态组网和信息交互。结合各充电桩用户充电量预测,采用主从式控制结构实现对网内接入的每辆电动汽车有序充电规划,确保充电过程中既考虑用户经济性,又兼顾电网安全性,实现小区内电动汽车智能有序充电。同时,搭建实际系统进行安全经济功能验证,为将来电网消纳规模化的电动汽车接入提供方案参考和基础技术支持。
Intelligent orderly management terminal unit(IOMU)is introduced next to the district distribution transformer,the short-term base load forecasting method is introduced,based on the high-speed narrowband carrier communication mode,the dynamic network and information interaction of the charging piles in the area are realized.Charging pile user to predict the amount of charge,the use of master-slave control structure to achieve access to the network of each electric vehicle orderly charge management,ensure that the charging process not only consider the user economy,but also take into account the grid security,and realize the orderly charging of car in district.At the same time,the actual structure of the system to carry out safety and economic function verification,to provide support for the scale of the scheme of power consumptive electric vehicle access and basic technology for future reference.
