摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定3,5-二叔丁基水杨酸(t-BSA)及其相关物质水杨酸(SA)和2,4-二叔丁基苯酚(2,4-DTPH)含量的方法。采用Hypersil ODS2不锈钢色谱柱,以甲醇∶水∶三乙胺∶HAc=90∶10∶1∶2(V/V)为流动相,流速1.0m L·min^(-1),检测波长为280nm。方法的线性范围为:水杨酸10~500μg·m L^(-1),2,4-二叔丁基苯酚10~510μg·m L^(-1),3,5-二叔丁基水杨酸10~600μg·m L^(-1),回收率分别为99.80%、99.50%、99.88%,RSD分别为0.70%、0.81%、0.65%。本法简便、快速、准确、重现性好。
A method for analysis of 3,5-ditert-butyl sanlicylic acid(t-BSA)and its related substances(sanlicylic acid,SA;2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol,2,4-DTPH)by RP-HPLC was established.The optimum conditions were obtained:using Hypersil ODS2 column with detection wavelength of 280nm,applied methanol-H2O-triethylamine-HAc(90∶10∶1∶2,V/V)as the mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The linear ranges were:salicylic acid was 10~500μg/mL,2,4-DTPH was 10~510μg/mL and t-BSA was 10~600μg/mL.The average recovery were 99.80%(RSD=0.70%),99.50%(RSD=0.81%)and 99.88%(RSD=0.65%),respectively.
