永磁同步电机新型变结构直接转矩控制 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决传统永磁同步电机直接转矩控制存在磁链和转矩脉动大、转矩脉动造成的高频噪声等问题,提高调速系统的控制性能,将二阶滑模控制与直接转矩控制相结合,提出了一种适用于旋转坐标系下的永磁同步电机变结构直接转矩控制。用转矩和磁链2个滑模控制器来替代传统直接转矩控制中的2个滞环调节器,其输出实现空间电矢量调制,保证了逆变器开关频率恒定。仿真结果表明,与传统直接转矩控制相比,该算法提高了系统的鲁棒性和动态响应速度。 To solve those problems associated with conventional direct torque control(DTC)of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),such as high current,flux and torque ripple and the high frequency noise caused by high torque ripple,a variable-structure DTC method is proposed for PMSM system in rotary coordinate reference,which composed with second-order sliding-mode control and DTC.In this method,two hysteresis regulators in the conventional DTC system were substituted by the flux and torque VSS controller respectively.The output of VSS controllers makes space vector modulation(SVM)possible,which further ensures the inverter switching frequency to be fixed.Compared with traditional DTC controller,simulation results show that the proposed controller improve the system robustness and dynamic performance.
