摘要
论述了气动搬运机械手的工作原理、机械结构组成以及PLC控制系统的设计,介绍了电气动传动系统、绘制了机械手气动回路图、PLC选型原则、输入输出地址表、绘制PLC电气接线图、控制工艺流程图以及PLC程序设计,经过安装与调试验证,连续顺序动作的调试无故障,控制系统设计合理,方案可行,实物结构简单、运动平稳可靠、性价比高、易于控制和维护;在机械加工、冲压、铸、锻、焊接、热处理、交通运输业等方面具有广泛的应用前景。
The paper designed the working principle and the control system of PLC on the pneumatic transition_manipulator,introduced the electric drive system,pneumatic system,electrical schematic diagram of PLC,input/output address table,electrical wiring diagram of PLC,process flow chart and PLC program.After installation and debugging verification,debugging of sequential sequential action without fault,the design of control system is reasonable.The plan is reasonable,the simple physical structure,the stable and reliable motion,the high cost performance and easy to control and maintain.It had a wide application prospect in machining,stamping,casting,forging,welding,heat treatment,transportation and so on.
