尿路感染相关血流感染的相关因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨尿路感染相关血流感染的相关因素。方法回顾性分析91例尿路感染患者,收集其临床资料和实验室检查,按是否并发血流感染分为血流感染组(25例)和非血流感染组(66例)。结果与非血流感染组比较,血流感染组PCT、CRP、CRP/白蛋白比值和空腹血糖均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血钠和血磷均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearson相关分析提示尿路感染发生血流感染与PCT、空腹血糖、CRP/白蛋白比值和CRP均呈正相关(P<0.05);与血钠和血磷均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论检测PCT、CRP、CRP/白蛋白比值、空腹血糖、血钠和血磷水平,有助于尿路感染相关血流感染的诊治。 Objective To investigate the clinical features and related factors of urinary tract infection-related bloodstream infection.Methods A retrospective analysis of 91 patients with urinary tract infection was performed.The clinical data and laboratory tests were collected.All patients were divided into bloodstream infection group(25 cases)and non-bloodstream infection group(66 cases)according to whether or not bloodstream infection was complicated.Results Compared with the nonbloodstream infection group,the PCT,CRP,CRP/albumin ratio and fasting blood glucose were significantly increased in the bloodstream infection group(P<0.05).Blood sodium and serum phosphorus were significantly lower in the bloodstream infection group(P<0.05).Spearson correlation analysis showed that urinary tract infection with bloodstream infection was positively correlated with PCT,fasting blood glucose,CRP/albumin ratio and CRP(P<0.05),whereas negatively correlated with serum sodium and serum phosphorus(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of PCT,CRP,CRP/albumin ratio,fasting blood glucose,serum sodium and serum phosphorus levels can help to diagnose urinary tract infection-related bloodstream infection.
