NGF-β、IL-1β和S100β水平与首发精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍和PANSS评分的相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 精神分裂症是一种遗传性精神障碍,其临床症状主要有阳性症状、阴性症状以及认知功能障碍,其中认知功能障碍严重损害患者的社会功能[1]。对精神分裂症患者的治疗主要以药物治疗为主,但是仅对于患者的阳性症状具有一定的效果,阴性症状和认知功能并没有显著改善[2]。本研究分析神经生长因子(NGF-β)、白介素1β(IL-1β)、钙结合蛋白(S100β)三种血清蛋白因子与以阳性症状和阴性症状为主的首发精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍和阳性与阴性量表(Positive and negative symptoms scale,PANSS)评分之间的相关性,具体研究报道如下。
