摘要
根据某汽车灯配光镜塑料件的功能要求与结构特性,设计了该产品的基于二次分型特点的两板式复杂侧抽芯注塑模具。模具采用一模二腔侧浇口浇注方式。在塑料件成型过程中,塑料件内侧小凹坑采用水平内侧抽芯机构脱模,倒拔模特征采用斜向内侧抽芯机构脱模,外侧卡扣等特征则采用多滑块侧抽芯机构脱模。第一次分型实现外部侧抽芯,第二次分型实现内部侧抽芯,最后由推块机构顶出塑料件,实现了顺序脱模过程。采用直接冷却内侧抽芯滑块的方式,冷却效果良好。经实践证明,该模具结构设计简单、实用,满足注塑成型工艺要求,对同类产品的模具结构设计有一定的参考意义。
According to the functional requirements and structural characteristics of light matching mirror on automobile lamp,the two-plate injection mold with complex side core pulling was designed,which was based on the two parting steps.The two plate mold structure with two cavities and side gate for injection was adopted.In the molding process of plastic parts,the small inner concave pit of the plastic part was demoulded by the horizontal inner core-pulling mechanism,the negative demoulding taper was demoulded by the inclined inner core pulling mechanism,and the lateral buckles were demoulded by the multi slide side core pulling mechanism.First parting process to realize external side core pulling,and secondary parting process to realize inner side core pulling,and finally,the ejection was done by push blocks to achieve the sequential demoulding process.The inner side core pulling slider was directly cooled to improve the cooling effect.The practice proves the design of the mold structure is simple and practical,and meets the requirements of injection molding process,which has the certain instructive significance to the design of similar injections mold of products.
