摘要
采用文献资料法等分析公共服务视角下农民体育的特点和发展路径。主要结论:存在居住分散的农民缺少体育交流,全国性的农民体育比赛难以促进农民体育的全面发展,自发性的农民体育存在安全与扰民隐患等问题;制约因素有场地设施不足、指导缺失、管理和指导队伍不健全等。建议:加快体育产业的发展,促进农民的体育消费;完善农村体育场馆的建设;加强基层组织农民体育活动的弹性力度等。
This article mainly uses literature reviews to analyze the characteristics and development path of famer physical education from the perspective of public service,and the conclusion can be drawn as the following points:Firstly,the scattered farmers usually are lacking of communication on physical education;Secondly,national farmer sports matches cannot really promote the physical education's integrated developments;Thirdly,the spontaneous farmer physical education has potential safety issues and residents disturbance problem,etc.The restrictions are mainly show in the inadequate of professional equipment,lacking of effective guidance,and no management groups.Therefore,the suggestions are listed as below:On the one hand,the development of physical education should be strengthened so that to promote farmers'physical education consumptions.On the other hand,the construction of the rural stadium should be constructed,and strengthen the flexibility of primary organization for developing farmers’physical education activities.
