摘要
本文介绍了一种液体摆电容倾角传感器的检测电路及动态水平平台控制装置的设计。通过差动脉宽调制电路、放大迁移电路以及滤波电路,将倾角传感器的倾角转换为直流电压信号送入单片机。在-5°^+5°测量范围内,可实现分辨率为0.1°。采用该传感器设计了一种动态水平平台控制系统即单片机能通过分析传感器输出的信号,将平台倾斜角度在液晶显示器上显示,同时驱动直流电机调平平台,使平台随时保持水平状态。
This paper introduces the design of the measuring circuit and the dynamic horizontal platform control device of the liquid pendulum capacitance inclination sensor.Through differential pulse width modulation circuit,amplification and migration circuit and filter circuit,the inclination angle of the inclination sensor is converted into DC voltage signal into MCU.The resolution is 0.1°in the range of-5°^+5°.At the same time,a kind of dynamic horizontal platform control system is introduced in detail,that is,the MCU can display the tilting angle of the platform on the liquid crystal display by analyzing the signal output from the sensor,and at the same time drive the DC motor leveling platform.Keep the platform level at any time.
