摘要
以黄浦江上游闵奉原水支线工程MFZ-C6标调节池PHC管桩施工为例,通过对静压法施工与挤土效应影响因素的研究,采取减小PHC桩规格、合理布置压桩顺序、控制压桩速率、设置应力释放沟等施工措施,达到减少静压桩施工挤土效应对黄浦江防汛墙产生的不良影响。工程中对施工体系和周围环境的变形情况进行监控、分析和预测,确保施工过程中周边环境及本体结构的安全,通过对比打桩期间不同阶段的土体深层位移以及沉桩施工对防汛墙的影响,验证施工措施对控制挤土效应的有效性。
Taking the construction of the bid MFZ-C6 standard regulating pool PHC pipe pile of Minfeng raw water branch line project in the upper reaches of the Huangpu River as an example,to reduce the influence of pipe pile construction on the surrounding environment and the body structure,through the study of static pressure construction&soil compaction affecting factor,the construction measures are adopted to reduce the squeezing effect of static pressure pile construction such as decreasing the PHC pile size,rationally arranging the pile sequence,controlling the pile rate and setting the stress release ditch.The adverse effects on the Huangpu River flood control wall.The deformation of construction system&surrounding environment is monitored,analyzed and predicted in order to ensure the safety of surrounding environment&body structure in the construction process.By comparing the deep displacement of soil in different stages during pile driving and the influence of pile driving on flood control wall,the effectiveness of construction measures to control soil compaction effect is verified.
