摘要
目的:分析目标管理理论的针对性心理护理在面部中重度痤疮患者行强脉冲光联合微晶磨削及中药外敷治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年1月～2017年2月期间解放军第159中心医院收治的82例面部中重度痤疮患者,按照入院顺序分组,各41例。两组均予以强脉冲光+微晶磨削+中药外敷,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用目标管理理论的针对性心理护理。统计对比两组治疗效果、护理满意度。结果:研究组治疗有效率为90.24%(37/41),高于对照组63.41%(26/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经秩和检验.研究组护理满意度92.68%(38/41)高于对照组68.29%(28/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在面部中重度痤疮患者行强脉冲光联合微晶磨削及中药外敷治疗中施行目标管理理论的针对性心理护理可提高治疗效果及护理满意度。
Objective:To investigate the application value of targeted psychological nursing based on objective behavior theory in intense pulsed light therapy combined with microdermabrasion and Chinese medicine external application for patients with moderate to severe acne.Methods:A total of 82 patients with moderate to severe acne in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were divided into groups according to the order of admission with 41 cases in each.The two groups were treated with intense pulsed light therapy+microdermabrasion+Chinese medicine external application.The control group adopted the routine nursing,and the study group adopted the targeted psychological nursing based on objective behavior theory.The curative effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.24%(37/41),which was higher than that of the control group(63.41%)(26/41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the rank sum test,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 92.68%(38/41),higher than that of the control group(68.29%)(28/41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of targeted psychological nursing based on objective behavior theory in intense pulsed light therapy combined with microdermabrasion and Chinese medicine external application for patients with moderate to severe acne can improve the effect of treatment and the satisfaction of nursing.
