摘要
针对目前严重的空气污染问题,满足人们对高质量室内空气的迫切需求,为了弥补传统新风系统复杂的管道工程和空气净化器单一内循环等缺陷,设计了一种小型进排一体窗式净风机的结构,对其在房间内工作时的室内气流组织进行了数值仿真,分析了气流组织的速度云图和矢量图,并对样机进行了风量和过滤性能测试试验。结果表明:室内气流组织分布均匀,生活区风速低于0.4 m/s,最大新风量可达170 m3/h,过滤后PM2.5浓度低于0.055 mg/L,均满足设计要求。
In view of the current serious air pollution problem,a type of small window integrated intake and exhaust outdoor air purification machine was designed to meet people's urgent need for high-quality indoor air,and make up complex pipeline engineering of the conventional fresh air system and single internal circulation of the air purifier and other defects.The numerical simulation was carried out on indoor airflow organization when the machine is working,the velocity cloud diagram and vector diagram of the airflow organization were analyzed,and tests were carried out on the sample machine in terms of air volume and filtering performance.The results show that the distribution of indoor airflow was uniform,the wind speed in the living area was lower than 0.4 m/s,the maximum fresh air volume could reach 170 m^3/h,and the PM2.5 concentration after filtration was less than 0.055 mg/L.All these parameters met the design requirements.
