摘要
为了提高对离子电池火灾的灭火效果,基于单一表面活性剂的性质,通过复配试验得出含有阴-非离子的表面活性剂溶液,提高细水雾灭火效能。搭建锂离子电池灭火试验平台,通过表面张力测定选择比例2∶3的AEC-APG10复配溶液与3∶2的MAEPK-FMEE复配溶液开展锂离子电池火灾扑灭试验。所复配的两种阴-非离子溶液对锂离子电池的火灾抑制以及可燃性气体的吸收效果不同,MAEPK-FMEE复配溶液的灭火效果优于AEC-APG10复配溶液。MAEPK-FMEE溶液灭火效率比纯水提高了15.6%,AEC-APG10溶液的灭火效率比纯水提高了8.3%。气体吸收试验中得出MAEPK-FMEE溶液对甲烷有较高的吸收效率,AEC-APG10溶液对一氧化碳有一定的吸收效果。
In order to improve the extinguishing effect of the ion battery fire,based on single surfactant,the anionic nonionic surfactant solution was obtained by compounding experiments to improve the fire extinguishing performance of water mist.A fire extinguishing experiment platform for lithium ion battery was set up,and the surfactant was used to extinguish the fire of lithium ion battery.The tension of the mixed solution was tested before the experiment,the mixed solution of AEC-APG10 of 2∶3 and MAEPK-FMEE of 3∶2 was selected.The two kinds of anionic nonionic solutions have different effects on the fire suppression and combustible gas absorption of lithium ion batteries.The results showed that the extinguishing effect of MAEPK-FMEE compound solution was better than that of AEC-APG10 mixed solution.Fire extinguishing efficiency of MAEPK-FMEE solution is 15.6%higher than pure water,and AEC-APG10 solution is 8.3%higher than pure water.In the gas absorption experiment,MAEPK-FMEE solution has higher absorption efficiency to methane,and AEC-APG10 solution has a certain absorption effect on carbon monoxide.
