摘要
针对石化企业罐区火灾事故消防力量部署站位管理方法和技术现状,归纳了当前常规的依照灭火预案图进行消防力量部署管理过程中存在的问题。介绍了加权最短距离优先算法、下风向影响范围分析和事故影响区域分析等关键技术。结合石化企业消防车部署管理需求,设计了罐区火灾事故的消防车部署站位动态模拟技术流程,并在地理信息系统中实现了火灾事故影响区域和部署站位模拟展示。模拟结果表明,该方法可以科学、直观地展示出罐区火灾事故发生后,对不同救援任务的消防车推荐的部署位置。
In view of the management method and technology status of the firefighting force deployment and stationing in the tank fire accident in the petrochemical enterprise,problems in the process of the firefighting strength deployment according to fire extinguishing planwere summarized.The key technology was studied,such as the weighted shortest distance priority algorithm,the analysis of the influence range of the lower wind direction and the analysis of the accident affected area.Combined with the requirements of the deployment and management of the fire truck in petrochemical enterprises,the dynamic simulation technology flow of the fire engines deployment and stationing of the tank fire accident was designed,and the simulation display of the fire accident area and the deployment and stationing was realized in GIS.The simulation results showed that this method can scientifically and intuitively demonstrate the deployment and positioning of fire engines for different rescue tasks after the fire accident occurred in the tank area.
