摘要
本文结合南京G205国道下穿宁启铁路顶进涵施工,针对既有多股线路大跨度顶进涵施工难题,提出了一种新型的现浇门桩结构,设计了多股线路大跨度顶进线路加固施工方案,并运用数值模拟的方法模拟门桩在加载状态下的力学响应。该门桩是由两根现浇人工挖孔桩和顶部系梁构成的钢筋混凝土整体结构。数值模拟的结果显示,门桩结构能够有效地分摊荷载,显示优越的承载能力。本文总结现浇门桩结构特点、实现步骤以及原理,以实现该技术更进一步的推广与应用。
The gate-pile structure is a kind of structure like the doors’.In this paper,a new gate-pile is presented and a multi-strand line large span roof into the line reinforcement construction scheme is design to solve the problem of the large span multi-strand lines culvert jacking construction based on the culvert jacking construction wearing under Ning-Qi railway.And the structure is simulated by the numerical simulation method to test its mechanical response under loading.The result shows that the load was perfectly shared by the structure,showing the structure’s perfect ability of bearing force.This paper summarizes the characteristics,implementation steps,as well as the principle of the gate-pile structure,in order to realize the further promotion and application of the technology.
