摘要
本文对燃气热水器直流风机控制技术的进一步研究,结合目前电源低功耗实行开关电源技术普遍使用,提出一种在直流无刷风机采用PWM或Vsp调速控制技术,并通过恒流闭环控制进行直流无刷风机所需全部转速范围控制,既可实现了低成本、简化电路、提高可靠性,又可进行提速增风直流无刷风机自检控制技术,也可进一步技术优化延伸为恒功率闭环控制技术。
This paper researched on DC brushless fan with PWM or Vsp speed regulation control technology through further studies of gas water heater DC fan control technology and common used switching power supply technology of low power consumption.This method can realize the advantages of low cost、power circuit simplification、higher reliability and wind speed increase by automatical control technology of DC brushless fan by constant current closedloop control for all required speed range control of brushless DC fan,it can also be further optimized and extended for constant power closed-loop control technology.
