摘要
通过分析国内锂电池隔膜专用聚丙烯的性能及调研下游厂家的应用情况,确定了锂电池专用聚丙烯T98F的经济技术指标。根据分析结果以及140 kt/a聚丙烯装置二线的生产工艺特点,制订了生产技术方案和工艺参数控制方案。通过工艺参数的调整保证了产品质量稳定。工业化试生产的产品性能测试表明:T98F的所有物性指标与参比树脂相当,满足锂电池隔膜的生产要求。
The performances of polypropylene(PP)specialty resin for lithium battery membranes in China and the application of downstream users are described to determine the economic and technic index of PP T98F.The production plan and technical parameter control are established on the basis of the analysis results and the process characteristics of 140 kt/a PP plant.The product quality is maintained by adjusting the technical parameters.The test for the performance of industrialized product show that T98F has identical physical and chemical index to the reference PP materials,it meets the requirements of lithium battery membranes.
