摘要
膨胀量对高压编织软管来说是一项非常重要的技术参数。针对超低膨胀量的要求,文章分别在内层材料选择、内层尺寸设计、编织层材料选择、编织工艺、外层材料选择、外层尺寸设计等六个方面进行阐述。说明超低膨胀软管设计各方面注意事项,为软管开发设计提供参考。
The expansion volume is a very important technical parameter for high pressure weaving hoses.Aimed at the requirement of ultra-low expansion,The selection of the inner material,the design of the inner size,the selection of woven material,woven process,the selection of the outer material,the design of the inner size and so on six aspects are explainsed In this article.This paper describes the design of ultra-low expansion hose and provides reference for hose development design.
