摘要
文章主要对APQP的定义、目的、责任、主要任务和内容进行简单介绍,重点阐述了在产品研发阶段APQP三个阶段的流程。介绍了某主机厂APQP过程中的跟踪与监控手段——供应商APQP汇报,以及通过APQP现场审核供应商的产品开发/项目管理、原料及外购件管理、生产过程控制、物流及物料管理、设备/工装/模/检/量具管理等提升供应商质量保证能力。
This paper briefly introduces the definition,purpose,responsibility,main tasks and contents of APQP,and focuses on the three stages of APQP in product development phase.Introduce suppliers’APQP report,the tracking and monitoring methods in APQP process of a OEM,by APQP on-site audit to check suppliers’product development/project management,material management,raw materials and production process control,logistics and material management,equipment/tooling/mould/inspection/measuring management to improve quality assurance ability of suppliers!
