摘要
目的探讨结直肠癌组织中核心蛋白聚糖(DCN)的表达及其与结直肠癌患者临床病理特征的关系。方法选择2012年12月至2013年7月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的结直肠癌患者手术切除标本34例及其对应的癌旁正常组织标本34例为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学法检测结直肠癌组织及癌旁组织中DCN的表达,使用Imagepro-plus软件对结直肠癌及癌旁组织中DCN的表达进行半定量分析,探讨结直肠癌及对应癌旁组织中DCN的相对表达量与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果男、女性患者结直肠癌组织中DCN的相对表达量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。年龄<60岁与≥60岁患者结直肠癌组织中DCN的相对表达量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。有淋巴结转移患者的结直肠癌组织中DCN的相对表达量显著低于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.01)。临床分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者结直肠癌组织中DCN的相对表达量显著低于Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05),Ⅳ期患者结直肠癌组织中DCN的相对表达量显著低于Ⅲ期患者(P<0.05)。低分化结直肠癌组织中DCN的相对表达量显著低于高、中分化结直肠癌组织(P<0.05),高、中分化结直肠癌组织中DCN的相对表达量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DCN异常下调可能在结直肠癌的发生、发展中发挥作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of decorin(DCN)in colorectal cancer tissues and its relationship with clinicopath ological characteristics of patients.Methods Thirty-four specimens of colorectal cancer tissues and thirty-four specimens of paracancerous normal tissues were collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from December 2012 to July 2013.The expression of DCN in colorectal cancer tissues and paracancerous normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.Semiquantitative analysis of DCN expression in colorectal cancer and paracancerous normal tissues was performed with Image-Pro Plus software,and the relationship between the relative expression of DCN and biological behaviour of colorectal cancer.Results There was no significant difference in the relative expression of DCN in colorectal cancer tissues between male and female patients(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the relative expression of DCN in colorectal cancer tissues between the patients under 60 years old and the patients than 60 years old(P>0.05).The relative expression of DCN in colorectal cancer tissues of patients with lymphatic metastasis was significantly lower than that of patients without lymphatic metastasis(P<0.01).The relative expression of DCN in colorectal cancer patients of stageⅢandⅣwas significantly lower than that in colorectal cancer patients of stageⅡ(P<0.05).The relative expression of DCN in colorectal cancer patients of stageⅣwas significantly lower than that in colorectal cancer patients of stageⅢ(P<0.05).The relative expression of DCN in poorly differentiated colorectal cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in well-differentiated and moderately differentiated colorectal cancer tissues(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the relative expression of DCN between well-differentiated and moderately differentiated colorectal cancer tissues(P>0.05).Conclusion The down regulation of DCN may play a role in the development and progression of colorectal cancer.
