摘要
综合运用大孔树脂D101、硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱层析以及半制备型高效液相等色谱方法对勐腊毛麝香(Adenosma buchneroides Bonati)的全株进行了化学成分分离纯化。从该植物的甲醇及甲醇-水提取物中分离得到16个化合物,运用现代波谱技术分别鉴定为:乙酰地黄苷C(1)、1,3,5-三甲氧基苯(2)、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(3)、对羟基苯甲醛(4)、对甲氧基苄醇(5)、松柏醛(6)、芥子醛(7)、吲哚-3-甲醛(8)、吲哚-3-甲酸(9)、丁香酚-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、丁香树脂醇-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)、香芹酚-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)、menthiafolic acid(13)、(8R)-evofolin B(14)、芹菜素(15)、4,4'-二羟基二苄基醚(16)。其中化合物1为新化合物,且化合物1~16均为首次从毛麝香属植物中分离得到。
To investigate the chemical compositions of Adenosma buchneroides,the methanol and aqueous methanol extracts were obtained from its whole plant.The combined extracts were isolated and purified using D101 macroporous resin,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC.One new and sixteen known compounds were obtained and their structures were identified,on the basis of modern spectroscopic data and literature data,as acetylmartynoside C(1),1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene(2),p-hydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester(3),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(4),p-methoxybenzyl alcohol(5),coniferaldehyde(6),sinapaldehyde(7),indole-3-carboxaldehyde(8),indole-3-carboxylic acid(9),eugenol-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),carvacrol-β-D-glucopyranoside(12),menthiafolic acid(13),(8 R)-evofolin B(14),apigenin(15),4,4′-dihydroxydibenzyl ether(16),respectively.All of these compounds were isolated and identified from the genus Adenosma for the first time.
